Offer Free Advice: Easy Ways to turn Your Free Content into Digital Product Sales Online

How Can Offering Free Advice Help You Market and Sell Your Digital Products and Affiliate Offers Online?

People want free advice that can help them accomplish their goals. You can get paid by offering your free advice online. When it comes to offering advice, affiliate product recommendations are one of my bestsellers. I specifically focus on recommending products that I use in my business, tools that I use to run my business, and resources that compliment my services. For example, further down within this post, I mention different web tools I use, specifically  StreamYard for live streaming across multiple platforms at once. Creating content around your affiliate offers or strategically linking to affiliate offers whenever possible, is an effective way to earn passive income on a more consistent basis.

Beyond affiliate marketing, there are other ways to get paid with free content. You can share information from your digital products and then link to the paid offers. For example, I am sharing strategies with you today that are further explained within my Bestseller Blueprint guide for entrepreneurs looking to create their best possible digital products online. Whenever I mention any of my offers in an article, post, interview, audio, or video, I always intentionally include or mention the link to my digital products as a reference resource for those followers who are interested in getting more information. 

When I work with entrepreneurs who need help with online sales, one of the first things that I help them to do is get better at proactively integrating, mentioning, and linking to their offers within their free content. Content creation is already a struggle for many entrepreneurs, but a big part of the problem is that too few clearly connect their free content to their paid products, which means countless missed opportunities to generate new sales.

The video below is a great example of a live stream that I hosted with several of my clients, this was an opportunity to share easy eBook Ideas based on the projects they were able to complete with me as part of my training programs with the help of easy eBook templates that I’ve created to help entrepreneurs publish digital books and print-on-demand books too. This was also an effective way to promote my Book Business Summit with real examples and testimonials from previous clients. Live streaming is actually one of several ways to effectively share your advice and reach more potential customers online.

 

Consider turning your best coaching call stories or private client recommendations into free content online that other people would find helpful. As you share these stories publically, always be sure to include links to your coaching calls or consulting services page for anyone with similar issues or interest in working with you. This content marketing strategy is one of my best ways to attract new call clients and generate repeat business.

It’s also worth mentioning that by consistently offering free valuable information online, I’ve also successfully generated revenue through ad partnerships via platforms like Google Adsense along with the gift of receiving thoughtful monetary donations of support from fans and followers.
