What you working on: Services, Banners, Blogs … Oh My!

Goodness, has it really been that long since I posted a blog! Oh My! You know when I’m scarce around these parts its only because I’m busy in the background trying to make a few lovely things happen. May was hectic, but June was crazy (seriously). After speaking at the BlogWorldExpo and hosting She Rocks the Web I was due for some much needed Fourth of July rest and relaxation, so I’ve been taking it easy…

But not too easy (lol). I just finished the above banner design for one of my graphics clients and need to do a few little finishing touches on Milton McClain Music ( a web client / talented singer).  Speaking of websites… I am currently offering a super special summer sale where you can get a custom designed websites / wordpress blog by yours truly with 5 pages for $450.

Outside of web projects, July is a very special month because it marks the 5th year anniversary of my Social Network – Black Business Women Online, so I’m doing a few cool things to celebrate the occasion like adding new sections – the first being Services for and by women. Similar to the Business Profiles area, my goal is to find creative ways to spotlight the amazing women entrepreneurs on BBWO. And as a service professional I often get requests for projects I don’t specialize in, so I am hoping this new space will become a must-know resource for female service professionals and people interested in what they have to offer.

Rest … relaxation … I know, I’m still working on squeezing that into the mix! But blogging is relaxing to me, so I think I’ll try to get myself and you up to speed by doing a “Back to the Future” series for the next few weeks sharing videos, blogs, photos and from my Busy Business Experiences these past few months.
