[/membership] [membership level=”1,2,4,5,6,7,8,9″] If you have your own collection of digital or tangible products, can I ask you one question? How often do you feature your own products on your blog?

People are always looking for a new way to ‘sell’ their stuff online, but very few consistently create blog posts around their projects. Keep in mind that review and recommendation posts aren’t just for affiliate links.

Your monetize your blog challenge for today is to create a schedule for featuring your own products on your blog.

Here are some getting started recommendations:

1. You can think of 12 general topics in your industry and then feature one product each month that relates to that topic.

   For example – Let’s say your business is Natural Hair Care and this month your topic is ‘transitioning from relaxed to straightened here. If you sell extensions, you can feature a product that customers can wear while in the transition process.

   For example – Let’s say this month I want to focus on the topic of social media. I can dig deeper by sharing some insights on using a specific platform like Facebook and then talk about my ecourse on Social Media Marketing.

2. You can create a seasonal product list and create a 7 day or 30 day, product a day feature
   For example during the Christmas Season you can do a 31 Days of Christmas Gift List showcasing a product for each day.
3. You can create a gift list to highlight your products or affiliate products
4. You can regularly request / post customer photos or product testimonials
5. You can select your best selling product each month, write a review about it and create a promotional discount too!
