[/membership] [membership level=”1,2,4,5,6,7,8,9″] When I first started monetizing my blog I focused mainly on Adsense, Ad Sales and Selling eBooks. Eventually I started creating videos and quickly realized that videos can be used to monetize your blog in different ways.

Consider creating an informative and/or motivational video in which you market your products and services. Take a look at the videos I created for my “Create Your Own Ningalicous Network” eCourse. These kinds of videos are a great way to give people beginner insight into your area of expertise. You can do any of the following:

1. Answer Common Questions
2. Discuss Common Problems
3. Share Practical and/or Easy to Implement Solutions
4. Share stories about your experiences and/or those of your clients
5. Show how your product or service works in action

Your challenge today is to think about an informative or motivational video you can create to showcase your business. A few video creation tips to keep in mind:

1. Your video should be anywhere between 1 to 5 minutes long
2. Remember to state your name and/or business name in the intro and outro
3. Remember to state your website url at least once in the middle and end
4. Remember to include the link to your site in the youtube descripition and include ‘http://’ so that it is an active, clickable link
5. Remember to repost your video on your blog and favorite social sites for additional views (ex pinterest, bbwo, twiter link to blog post with video embed – it’s better to send traffic to a blog post with your video embedded into it vs sending traffic to youtube).
