Is your business ready for the holidays?

For others, this time of year translates into slow or no sales because many of their clients are too maxed out purchasing holiday decorations, Thanksgiving turkeys and bags of gifts. When the final quarter of the year approaches you have to ask yourself two questions. Do you experience slow or spiked sales during the holidays? If you are not prepared for a drastic decline in sales during the holiday season, you may crack under the pressure, experience increased stress, get lost in overdue bills and ultimately carry the burden of keeping your business afloat for an extended period of time.
