How to Turn Your Services into Digital Products

You are a service professional who is ready to tap into the wonderful world of creating and selling digital products. Maybe you are looking for ways to replace your service income with passive income or maybe you are interested in using automation to improve your monthly revenue. Whatever your goals are, I’ve got you! As a service professional, I have seven clever ways that I have turned my services into digital products that you can try too!

  1. Convert Your DFY – Done For You Services into BLY – Be Like You Coaching Calls or DWY – Done-With-You Coaching Programs.
  2. Review Your Done-For-You Services and Make a List of DIY Activities: things that your clients can do, should do, or need to learn how to do on their own.
  3. Create lists of tiny tasks that your target customers can do on their own including checklists, to-do lists, recommended resources lists, and goals lists too. 
  4. Turn Your Done-For-Your Services into How-To Products like books, workbooks, planners, tutorials, and courses. You can even share your teachings on online learning platforms Iike Udemy and Skillshare.
  5. Think about tools that you have created to get the job done. Monetize the same project aids and tools that you have created for yourself by selling them to other people. You can sell things like worksheets, templates, patterns, swipe files, and more. Explore your personal systems, people who want to do similar things as you are willing to pay for access to the tools you’ve created that work for you. Side note: even if you don’t have the tools you created, you can share the tools that you use with others and make money through affiliate marketing.
  6. Special Interest Events – Host events online and offline for professionals who want to be like you, professionals who want to speak to your audience, and the type of people who are a part of your customer base. You can host virtual events like mastermind sessions, webinars, workshops, summits, conferences, retreats, and more.
  7. Create a Digital Service Subscription Based Package – You can sell your main services as ongoing retainer services to your ideal clients.
