Blogging Tip of the Day

If you read my previous articles on social networking, by now you should know how important it is for you to search for and connect with people in your target audience. Don’t focus on meeting every and anybody, remember to focus on meeting the Right People Online.

When you are on social networks, are you are strategically meeting friends? Remember that people like to associate themselves with quality people. Giving people quality content is like catching flies with honey. It just works so well, and it’s so sweet when it does!

One of your best quality assets should be the posts that you write in your blog. Here’s my tip of the day: whatever social networks you are on … regularly repost your blog articles on your social profile pages or in the forums.

You don’t have to repost everything, everywhere. Focus on posting your best articles or the ones you really want people to see. And remember to strictly promote quality content, which should be mainly about sharing helpful information and have little to do with a direct sales pitch.

Everybody is pitching something on social networks, but MOST people are social networking in search of contacts or information. They aren’t there to buy so don’t waste your time trying to sell. Focus on using your blog as a valuable promotional tool. Focus on posting interesting things that get people to click on your links and remember your name.
