[/membership] [membership level=”1,2,4,5,6,7,8,9″] One of the first ways I monetized my blog was to get into podcasting via a service called podbean.com. I created my ‘Work and Web Women series’ with a collection of free and low cost audio sessions. My first profits came from the audio tutorial I did entitled, “How I Learned to Pay My Rent with Google Adsense – Generating Passive Income Online.”

Consider starting your own podcast series. What topic would you talk about? What would be your first audio session? My sessions are generally 20 – 60 minutes long depending on the topic.

I like to use ejunkie to sell me audio sessions. You can sign up for about $5 per month, you get a free e-store (check out mine) and it’s easy to set up.

For extra exposure and potential sales, you can also sell your audio sessions on podbean, itunes and even amazon.

One of my web clients sells her audio sessions on CD Baby, (here is the site I designed for her). I also helped another client create a landing page to sell her audio series via eJunkie, (view her site here).

Today your challenge is to consider monetizing your blog by creating an audio series. Think about the topics you talk about on your blog.
