I enjoy doing these’radio/video’ type posts especially when I don’t want to get in front of the camera. Behind the scenes I am customizing ning networks and working on client web design projects as always via my Pretty Professional Websites services, but on the social scene I am still around.

I actually have 5 things happening right now for my fellow web / women entrepreneurs and I wanted to make sure I shared them with you. Best Business to Have in 2012

In the video above I talk about the best business to have in 2012. Ideally whatever online business you have right now, you want to make sure that it is working for you. If your business isn’t generating the kind of revenue you want and if your website is not generating the kind of sales you want the most important thing for you to do right now is NOT figuring out how to blog or use facebook. Right now you need to figure out what is NOT working with your website and how to fix it.

Start your year with a clear virtual vision of those things you would like to accomplish in 2012 and if your site isn’t right, make sure to add “Tweak My Business” to your list. And schedule a call with me, so we can discuss possible changes that might help improve your revenue and visibility.

As a matter of fact yesterday I had a wonderful consultation session with a client who was frustrated with her online sales and would like to increase her overall revenue. By the end of our 60 minute session I had given her between 10-20 strategies to help increase her revenue within the next 30 days without paying for advertising, figuring out social media, or even increasing her existing traffic.

Knowing that most of my clients struggle with online marketing and sales the first thing I focus on is providing actionable tasks and clear recommendations outside of marketing, so you can get started making changes sooner rather than later. In my many years working with other women in business I’ve discovered one of the main problems they have is not understanding the specifics of retail like pricing, upselling, tracking profit vs expenses AND THEN understanding the essential marketing solutions they need to implement on a regular basis.

One of the biggest lessons I learned in the SistaSense Circle is that I needed to identify the problems and find a solution, then look at what’s working and figure out how to duplicate it. Scheduling SistaSense One-On-One Calls (this is NOT for everyone)

Everybody does not have that special entrepreneurial spark! You know what I’m talking about … that drive to do more and be more … to create something new … to constantly brainstorm new ideas. I know everybody is not ready to take that leap of faith and turn start up dreams into reality, which is why I have decided to redirect my focus from everybody to just you …. the women entrepreneur in my circle who is ready .. who has been reaching out to me because you want more time to sit with me and share your ideas with me, so that together we can develop a plan of action that is right for you and your online business ventures.
