Marketing for Mompreneurs and Everyone Else

My NY trip has been interesting to say the least. In between the high pollen (which makes my eyes look all puffy) and the hustle bustle I have to say the best part of being a mompreneur is being a mom! Above is a quick pic of me and Chris at Central Park Zoo. While my trip isn’t going as well as I expected, I take pleasure in being able to have fun with Chris.

Are you at 8,000 yet?

A few hours ago I was approving the newest members on my social network, Black Business Women Online, and I realized we have officially reached the 8,037 members! I can remember when there were no members, when there were a handful of members and now look where we are. Where are you today? Have you reached your 8,000 …. sales goal, dollar goal, subscribers goal, traffic goal? I just wanted you to take a moment and think about the goals you have set for yourself and how far you have come. My magic numbers for pretty much everything I do are 5,000 and 10,000. I GOT IT: The New Motorola Backflip!

I just got the new Motorola Backlip! While I don’t normally do mobile / techie posts, I couldn’t resist. This phone is sweet! And you can not be a social media marketing expert without a good smart phone. I’m a simple gal, so what I really wanted was a QWERTY pad, which this phone has plus the integrated twitter, facebook, social media aps. It’s also cool that it folds open and has a 5.0 mega pixel camera. I put my old BlackBerry to rest ages ago, and was secretly waiting to get an iphone BUT I jumped on this one because it really does have everything I am looking for. This is officially my first Android Smart Phone, I’ll test it out and just might post my findings in a few days.
