Do you have a business plan?
Yesterday I was browsing the Black Business Women Online forums and came across an interesting post. A fellow member Kimberly was talking about her business dreams and looking for sister-to-sister advice.
She said one thing that stood out to me:
I know that i have to begin with a plan, but i’m ready to run
Of course you know I had to add in my two cents. I think that creating a solid plan is really important. BUT I’ll be honest, everytime one of my friends said ‘Create a Business Plan’ – I started to feel sick. The idea of a business plan was so foreign and scary to me. But guess what … some where along my online journey I came up with a concept that I like to call money markers … which essentially turned into my business plan. The concept is easy and simple to use. It is no where near as scary as the idea of creating a business plan. I thought i would post the money markers video for you.
