My Web Business is built on a very simple system that I created called the 3 P’s of Entrepreneurship; you create a plan, please your existing and potential customers, and then you profit.
Your plan is comprised of several things:
1. The products and services you want to sell
2. Your Target Audience: Who they are and How you plan to market to them
3. Your Money Markers: How much money you plan to make on a daily/weekly/ and monthly basis
4. Your Marketing Strategy: How do you plan on promoting your business
5. Your Goals: What do you want to accomplish in your business and personal life, and what is the time frame you have set to reach those goals.
Your Please Strategy is all about:
1. Consistent, Quality Communication with existing customers
2. Informative Articles and Free Products or Services to entice potential customers
3. Incentive Programs and Customer Service Techniques that lead to referrals
Your Profit Comes from the following:
1. When you create a solid plan and please people you will see a return in the forum of increased profits.
2. When you are able to maintain a steady flow of profit you can invest in generating more profit from multiple streams of income.
